Beauty: Real Techniques' Starter Set; REVIEW!

Hello lovelies! Today, I will be reviewing the oh-so-loved Real Techniques starter set. I have mentioned Real Techniques in one of my previous posts and if you’re interested for more affordable brush sets like so, you may check my brushes for beginners here.

For a price ranging from $16-20, you can get yourself one of the best brushes that ever debuted in the makeup industry. I bought mine from iHerb.com and they sell it dirt cheap and with a special discount! I got two sets: the core collection and the starter set which I both got for less than $30! Crazy, right?

A beginner? On a budget? Can’t seem to find the brush set that works? I have good news for you: Real Techniques. But which set? Definitely the starter set!

All Kpop: UNIQ Debuted!

Hello everyone! Today, I will be writing about a newly-debuted KPOP boy-group that I have been eyeing since the week they first boomed on social media sites (it is all thanks to Eka).

A brief introduction to the group: They are all so damn gorgeous. I don't know everything about them but as far as I know I can say that they trained under YG for a couple of years but they are actually under the management of Yue Hua which is somewhat affiliated with Pledis. I know, it confused me, too. I will clear things up on another post once I go sasaeng mode (not literally).

The teasers were first uploaded on September 17, 20, 23, 24 and 26 on UNIQ's Youtube channel (uniqyeah) and 5 of the main teasers were re-uploaded on LoenEnt (loenent) on October 6.

Comment/s: I heard that he is friends with Winner's Jinwoo (one of my baes) and that he was suppose to debut as a Winner member but some things happened (?) and that's as far as I can tell. He is a good singer, too! And he doesn't look like your typical Korean idol. Sung Joo, I wish you ditched those slippers.

Hi lovelies! I am back for another entry and today I am going to review 2 Victoria's Secret goodies! But of course, I will leave the other one for a separate post just so this won't get picture-heavy.

I honestly don't know what this gift set's name is so the item name you see on the title bar above is completely made up by moi. First off, I didn't buy this rather I received this as a gift so if tita Vicky/Sora is/are reading this, thank you po!

The items came in a gorgeous box like so. I mean, it is metallic and it reflects light so the rainbow effects you see is because of that. The gift set contains 2 things: a body lotion and a eau de parfum rollerball.

Hello my lovely readers! How have you all been? Today I am going to review another beauty item for you. We stopped by at Ulta while my boyfriend and I were wandering around the mall and this cute beauty candy here caught my eye. I am not gonna lie, I was a little intimidated because $30 for a compact cream foundation screamed "rip-off!". But I gave in. I mean, come on! How can you resist this packaging?

Travels: Boating at Bald Eagle

Last week, we went boating at Bald Eagle lake and it was very nice! I took random pictures and it all turned out pretty good. I was taking pictures most of the time and when I wasn't, I was reading a Harry Potter book. Nothing much happened so there's basically nothing to write about. We just chilled while the day quickly passed by.

Hello everybody! How are you all? Today I am going to unbox another KPOP album, isn't that great? It's been a while since I updated my ALL KPOP tag and it's about time!

We bought this at Soompi for $17.99 (shipping fee not included) with my B1A4 Let's Fly album ($13.99). What I like about Soompi is they offer free shipping for purchases $38 above. Not only that, but they also ship fast! We bought my EXO XOXO albums on Soompi and we received it in just 2 weeks! This time, we received the package in less than 3 weeks! It's just a bummer that they don't have great deals like album+poster+freebies.

Hi guys! I wasn't sure where to tag this post at first but I figured since this is also considered makeup I should tag this to "beauty". Today I will be reviewing Mehron's Paradise Makeup AQ face and body paint in white. Why did I buy this? Well, dear reader, I will be attending a comic convention this September 27 and I will be cosplaying a female version of the JOKER. Yes, yes, that is why I bought this; I needed a white face paint for my Joker makeup! I had a hard time finding reviews about this product so I thought, hey, I am going to make a review of this because this is an awesome buy!

   Hello lovelies! Today, I will be reviewing Victoria's Secret's Travel Brush Set. I bought this at Victoria's Secret for $30 and at first I thought it was so damn expensive for a set of brushes which are not even full-size to begin with but after testing the brushes, I guess I can say they're good enough!

   After reading and watching reviews, I leaned back and told myself: I need to get my hands on that Monistat Chafing Relief Powder-Gel! And so I did. Like I said on my Maybelline primer review, I am one of those girls who used Monistat as a face primer. C'mon! It's a an awesome dupe, how can I not, ryt?

NOTE: This is NOT the Monistat FOR YEAST INFECTION! Oh good lawd, please don't use that on your face! This is just the chafing relief gel, hmkay? This is how it looks:

   Hello my beautiful bear! I am back for another entry and today we will have a little chit-chat about makeup brushes. 

   No matter how expensive your makeup is, the secret to a clean cut eye makeup, well-contoured cheekbones, and sharply defined eyeliner is the tools you use. Brushes are essential and you should always consider using them on your daily makeup routine!

   I know that makeup brushes can be a little hot in the pocket however they are worth the buy! Remember that you should thoroughly research the brushes you are going to invest in. Here I have suggestions for makeup rookies and/or for those who are in budget. 

Closet: Simple But Bold

Everyone knows white goes well with almost everything! You can survive the fashion crisis with just a few little tidy whities and a closet full of colors. For me, I took advantage of pairing my white long sleeve shirt with my all time favorite skirt! Overly-designed, I know. But that skirt has worked miracles for me! Hehe.

   Hi, lovely! I am back for another item review! I'll try to keep this short and straight to the point; I said I'll "try".

   Today I'll be reviewing Maybelline's Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser. I've read reviews about this product before and I've been dying to try one myself. Let's see if this is parallel to what everyone says about it. The product rests on a cardboard insert and is sealed into place by a hard plastic cover. It claims that you'll "get poreless smooth-looking skin" after use.

   Hello there, blogbear! It's me again! It's 12:36 AM ryt now and guess what? I am still up. I just finished reviewing English and I am happy to say the lessons were easy. Yehet! I just hope it flows like that 'til the end!

All Kpop: BigBang Light Stick Version 3; REVIEW!

   Hello! It's me again, your bear cub. Y'all know I am just new, ryt? And tbh, I really can't sleep because of all this "blogger fever" (don't worry it's just something totally made-up). So, I figure I'd utilize this hype into something productive (or at least into something else lol). I, czarinabear of the blogging woods, will be making - drum roll, please! *insert drum roll here* - an item review! Can you believe it, guys? My first KPOP item review! YEHET~

  
   Okay, so y'all know BigBang, ryt? I mean, who doesn't? Eh? Eh? Anyone? Let me sing you the song of my VIP people: "Wow, Fantastic Baby!", "I, need, you! Baby, I'm not a monster!", "I hate this love song, I hate this love song. (x1000000)"

   Back to the item review, sorry, I am a bear with a short attention span. This item is like love at first sight. It's so... appealing and it just screams "buy me!" all over. So, being the gullible bear that I am, I bought it. Well, actually, my mom got it for me as a Christmas present. Before I start reviewing this item I just want to share a little story behind my BigBang light stick. (skip the next paragraph for the item review)

   We bought this light stick on EBay and believe me, this item was very hard to find because this was released on 2012 so it's kind of sold out now (almost). Not so long ago (Umpber, 2013) there were news that the Big Bang Light Stick Version 4 was going to be released around December that year. Of course, being the typical skeptic that I am, I did not entertain those news. So back to when we were buying the item. We bought this from koreapopfan, an EBay seller, on Christmas 2013 for idk $30+ (inclusive of shipping fee). And the day after that, which was December 26... the version 4 was released. Unfortunately, we can't cancel the order anymore because not only is it rude, but it's also very rude. And I don't think EBay allows cancellation of orders lol.

   I don't regret buying this. Because you know, I can always buy the version 4 since it's still available in shops UNLIKE the version 3, which is almost gone. So yeah, I advice you to buy the version 3 first because there's only like a few stock left, then save the version 4 for later.

Rambling: Czarina The Bear Cub

   Hello blog world! I am czarinabear and I am your blogger cub. I am new here and am still familiarizing myself with everything-from the buttons and its functions to the blogging environment (not only am I new to this blogging site, but I am new to the blogging world as well-like I said, I am a bear cub!). It's already 1:13 AM here and I am still wide awake-mind you, I am studying for my SAT!
